          嚴大洲Yan Dazhou: male, born in April 1963, graduated from Central South University in June 1988 with a master's degree in non-ferrous metallurgy and is a professor-level senior engineer. In 2007, he was awarded the Special Government Allowance by the State Council. In 2010, he was rated as a National Model Worker and Design Master of Non-ferrous Metals Industry. In 2013, he was selected into the National Hundred and Thousand and Ten-Thousand Talent Project and awarded the honorary title of Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions. In 2014, he won the first China Outstanding Engineer Award, rated among the Central Plains Scholar program, the First Batch of Luoyang Excellent Scientific and Technological Leading Talent, and in 2018, he was awarded the Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent of Henan Province. In 2020, he won the honorary title of Tenth Batch of Excellent Experts in Henan Province.

          He has been engaged in scientific research and engineering design of aluminum, zirconium, titanium, rare earth smelting, rare earth materials, monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon, etc. He has also presided over more than 10 national large-scale industrialization technology research projects of polysilicon during the 10th, 11th?and 12th?Five-Year Plan. He has applied for 267 patents successively, obtained 151 authorized patents, including 87 invention patents, and presided over the formulation of 2 international standards and 5 national core standards. He has participated in the formulation of 6 international and national standards, and has pioneered the polysilicon cleaner production process route of "closed-loop circulation of materials and comprehensive utilization of heat" with Chinese characteristics, with many achievements filling the domestic gap and reaching the international advanced level.

          As the first completer, he has won 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 gold award of China Invention Patent, 2 excellent awards of China Invention Patent, 1 gold award of ministerial invention patent, 1 special prize and 4 first prizes of provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, 1 Golden Key Award for General Contracting of National Engineering Survey and Design, 1 Silver Award for National Excellent Engineering Design and the first prize of National Excellent Engineering Consultation, and 10 other provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.

          

          萬燁Wan Ye: male, born in October 1982, graduated from Central South University in June 2007, majoring in metallurgical engineering. He obtained the doctorate degree in December 2022, and now is a professor-level senior engineer. He has successively won the Youth Award for Outstanding Engineers issued by the International Scientific Exchange Foundation of China, the Fifth Batch of Expert Enjoying Special Government Allowance from Henan Province, Henan Provincial High-level Talent (Class C), Central Plain Leading Science and Technology Talent, Outstanding Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation of Henan Province, the Ninth Batch of Excellent Experts of Luoyang City, the First Batch of Outstanding Scientific and Technological Talent of Luoyang City, Young Skilled Worker of Central Enterprises, and Advanced Worker of China Minmetals and MCC.

          As the technical leader of the company, he has been working on the front line of scientific research and production for a long time. He has presided over and participated in 23 national, provincial and ministerial major projects, forming 11 scientific and technological achievements, including 2 internationally advanced ones, filling in the gap in China. He is the core R&D personnel of 5 national science and technology support programs, 2 national 863 program projects and 2 national electronic information industry development fund projects. He is also the head of the scientific and technological innovation team for China's Non-ferrous Metal Innovation Program. As the main person in charge, he has undertaken Henan Science and Technology Program projects, National Industrial Infrastructure Strengthening Project and supporting scientific research projects of military products for national defense. He has presided over the formulation and revision of 10 national standards, and obtained 121 authorized patents, including 52 invention patents obtained as the first completer; he has published more than 50 papers in journals such as CEJ and Fuel.

          He has successively won 21 ministerial and provincial awards, including China Patent Gold Award and Excellence Award, the first/second prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of the Science and Technology Award of Chinese Materials Research Society (CMRS), the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, the first/second prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Scientific and Technological Progress Award, the first/second prize of MCC Scientific and Technological Progress Award, the first prize of Ministerial Excellent Engineering Consulting Achievements of China Nonferrous Metals Construction Association, and the first/second prize of Technical Standards of Materials Sub-committee of National Semiconductor Standardization Committee.

          

          趙雄Zhao Xiong: Male, born in August 1983, graduated from Tianjin University in July 2008 with a master's degree in Chemical Engineering. He is a professor-level senior engineer and is currently studying for a doctorate. Moreover, he has successively won honorable titles such as Henan Provincial High-level Talent (Class C), the Ninth Batch of Excellent Experts and the Second Batch of Outstanding Scientific and Technological Talent in Luoyang.

          In the field of polysilicon, he has successively developed special reduction furnace equipment and process technology for electronic-grade polysilicon, and new low-cost, high-efficiency trichlorosilane rectification and purification technology. In the field of silicon-based materials, he has successfully developed silicon-based electronic gases such as ultra-high-purity silicon tetrachloride, electronic-grade trichlorosilane, electronic-grade hexachlorodisilane and electronic-grade dichlorosilane. He has also made great achievements in technology development and achievement transformation, forming a silicon-based special electronic gas production technical system with independent intellectual property rights. He has presided over 1 independent innovative product R&D project in Henan Province. As the main person in charge, he has also participated in 1 national "863" program project, 1 national key technology R&D program project, 2 electronic development fund projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 1 industrial foundation strengthening project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 1 military supporting scientific research project, 3 provincial science and technology research plan projects, 1 provincial science and technology plan project, and more than 30 Luoyang Science and Technology Development Plan projects. More than 40 achievements have been made in the field of polysilicon production, and all of them have realized industrial applications, generating remarkable economic benefits.

          As the main drafter of 4 standards, he has successively applied for 24 patents, with 15 authorized, and has published more than 10 papers. He has successively won 13 ministerial and provincial awards, including the first prize of Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the first prize of Technical Standards of Materials Sub-committee of National Semiconductor Standardization Committee, the second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award, the second prize of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and the second prize of MCC Scientific and Technological Progress Award.
